An OFFICE MEMORANDUM has been issued by DOP&T Today regarding calculation of Vacancies of Steno Grade ‘C’(PA) earmarked for filling up through direct recruitment since 2003.

A proforma has been enclosed with this and seeking information regarding Vacancies of Steno Grade ‘c’(PA) earmarked for filling up through direct recruitment since 2003.All the cadre units are requested to ensure that the requisite information is furnished to DOP&T by 31.5.2010.Further it has been informed that in the absense of this information,Department of Personnel and Training is unable to proceed further with regular appointment of steno Grade ‘C’(PA). This will result non-filling of vacancies in the respective cadre units.As such,The DOP&T reiterates that the information may be furnished on “TOP PRIORITY”
