SHORT NOTICE
COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2010
Reference is invited to the detailed Notice of the above mentioned
examination published in “The Employment News/Rozgar Samachar on
30.01.2010.” In partial modification of the Notice, Staff Selection
Commission has decided to conduct examination in
Commerce/Mathematics/Economics of paper III from 10.00 am to 12
noon and that of Statistics from 2 pm to 4 pm of Paper III of tier-II of
Examination on 31.7. 2010 (Saturday).
The candidates who have exercised option in their application
for the post of Statistical Investigator/Compiler will be required to take
the Paper III only in their subject i.e. Economics, Mathematics,
Commerce or Statistics. Candidates without these subjects will not be
allowed to take the Paper III. The candidates having B.Com. degree
and attempting Commerce paper ( in the morning) will have to appear in
the Statistics Paper also in the afternoon session to be considered for
the post of Compiler. The marks in Commerce or Statistics will be taken
into consideration for ranking them for the post of Statistical Investigator
and Compiler respectively.
Paper-I (Arithmetical ability) & II (English Language and
Comprehension) will be conducted on 01.08.2010 (Sunday) at 10.00
AM to 12.00 Noon and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM respectively. Accordingly,
the dates indicated for the papers in Para 9 (B) of the Notice may be
read as 01.08.2010 for Paper I & II and 31.07.2010 for Paper III.
